WARRANTY & RETURN
All items sold from our supplier have the following warranty:
1/ 30 days money back warranty.
- If you are not satisfied with a product because it doesn't work, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days after you receive it. In this case, we do not refund the shipping fees.
- If the product works but you don't like it, you can also send it back within 30 days for a refund. In this case we will charge a 15% restocking and handling fee, and we also do not refund the shipping fees.
Notice: Refund is only available within 30 days after you receive the product.
2/ 3 months exchange warranty.
If the product doesn't work, you can send it back to us for exchange within three months of purchase. As the buyer, you will pay the shipping fees for sending the merchandise back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees for resending it to you.
3/ Shipping cost for repair
Within 3 months, buyers can send them back for free repair. In that case, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.
More than 3 months, buyers also can send them back for repair. In this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees to send them back to you.
Notes: If the buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.
2. Our handling time is 1-4 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number will be provided to you after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you money.
3. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
4. For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by the HK Post service which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world.
a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
5. For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Express Mail Service (EMS), which takes 6-10 business days to almost any country in the world. You can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. For our USA buyers, you can track on http://www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites, 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods.
6. For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL or UPS depending on your location.
7. For Free shipping, we ship by Hong Kong Post shipping.
8. We ship all of our goods directly from the factory, which is located in Shenzhen, South East China, and is adjacent to Hong Kong.
We accept PayPal as the payment method (in US dollars).
Buyers can pay using their Visa or Mastercard.
PayPal is the most convenient payment method in the world.
